Wade Carroll
I have had the privilege of leading a dynamic team of over 200 IT professionals, focusing on delivering top-tier IT services across the organization. My previous roles have entailed crafting and executing strategies for IT applications, clinical informatics, training programs, and the Project Management Office (PMO), with a steadfast commitment to aligning these elements with our overarching organizational objectives. I have had the responsible for managing a substantial budget, encompassing capital expenditures of $52 million and operating expenses of $91 million, which has required rigorous fiscal discipline and the optimization of resources.
