Bridging Policy and Practice

Europe’s leading the world in health policy – and the legislation affects everyone in healthcare. From the European Health Data Space to the EU AI Act and the Cyber Resilience Act, there’s new innovations in digital health policy every month. But how does that regulation translate to practice? Intelligent Disruption through Tech

Artificial intelligence (AI) is one part of a huge new wave in health innovation. Using Health Data Right

Data is power, especially in healthcare. The patient records we collect (and how we share them) affect everything from privacy to care quality and patient safety, and the ethics behind data usage are crucial. Could transparency be bad? How can we ensure health AI models are trained on representative, unbiased data? And before we get there: how can we create effective governance and interoperability? We’ll talk about all this – and more.

The Future of Workforce

Healthcare workforce shortages are here, and burnout is an issue no system can ignore. At the same time, healthcare is shifting towards the home, and patient expectations are rising – which makes training and supporting talent with technology even more vital. We'll talk about strategies for fighting workforce attribution, how European systems can curb the talent tug-of-war, and ways to keep top talent in healthcare.
