Required Industry Milestones
- Achieved sustainable improvement to clinical care outcomes and population health through the utilization of information and technology-enabled workflows, care standardization and analytics to drive quality improvement.
- Hospital and health system applicants: Accomplished Stage 7 validation on one of the HIMSS Maturity Models and can demonstrate significant improvements or sustained top performance on key clinical quality measures and outcomes enabled through information and technology.
- Untethered ambulatory and community health center applicants: Received a minimum Stage 4 validation on the HIMSS Community Care Outcomes Model and can demonstrate significant improvements or sustained top performance on key clinical quality measures and outcomes enabled through information and technology.
- Public health applicants: Measured your organization’s digital health capaibilities using the HIMSS Digital Health Indicator and can demonstrate significant improvements in public health related functionality benefiting the jurisdiction you serve enabled through information and technology
